Constant Contact is looking for a hands-on business systems analyst to be a key member of a growing Data Warehouse team. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with their teammates and business partners while ensuring delivery of a high quality Data Warehouse solution. This role requires the person be an experienced business lead with deep hands-on experience in Data Warehouse analysis, design and development.
Responsibilities Include
- Work with business partners to identify and prioritize business requirements for reporting and analytics
- Provide valuable input into development plans and roadmaps
- Perform data analysis required to support the team's ongoing design and development efforts
- Relational and dimensional data modeling design
- Work with Data Warehouse team to develop and maintain the solution's data dictionary, data mappings, and business rules
- Partner with team to develop and execute test plans for the data warehouse
Requirements
- Proven experience as a business lead in customer data warehouse efforts and CRM initiatives
- 8+ years experience in the design, development, and testing of all aspects of Data Warehousing including data model development, definition of business rules, ETL mappings and transformations, and quality assurance plans
- Experience in the development of OLAP solutions with Cognos and Crystal Reports
- Working knowledge of SQL for use in business analysis and testing efforts
- Ability to communicate and work with both technical and non-technical team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution
- A problem-solving mindset, the individual should be highly motivated and self-directed
Optional Skills
- Experience with IBM Information Server and InfoSphere suite of products
- Significant knowledge and experience with IBM DataStage
- Experience with CRM packages and customer-centric Data Warehouse solutions
- Experience performing in an Agile SCRUM, self-managed team environment
