Constant Contact is looking for a hands-on business systems analyst to be a key member of a growing Data Warehouse team. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with their teammates and business partners while ensuring delivery of a high quality Data Warehouse solution. This role requires the person be an experienced business lead with deep hands-on experience in Data Warehouse analysis, design and development.

 

Responsibilities Include

  • Work with business partners to identify and prioritize business requirements for reporting and analytics
  • Provide valuable input into development plans and roadmaps
  • Perform data analysis required to support the team's ongoing design and development efforts
  • Relational and dimensional data modeling design
  • Work with Data Warehouse team to develop and maintain the solution's data dictionary, data mappings, and business rules
  • Partner with team to develop and execute test plans for the data warehouse

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a business lead in customer data warehouse efforts and CRM initiatives
  • 8+ years experience in the design, development, and testing of all aspects of Data Warehousing including data model development, definition of business rules, ETL mappings and transformations, and quality assurance plans
  • Experience in the development of OLAP solutions with Cognos and Crystal Reports
  • Working knowledge of SQL for use in business analysis and testing efforts
  • Ability to communicate and work with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication, teamwork, and issue resolution
  • A problem-solving mindset, the individual should be highly motivated and self-directed

Optional Skills

  • Experience with IBM Information Server and InfoSphere suite of products
  • Significant knowledge and experience with IBM DataStage
  • Experience with CRM packages and customer-centric Data Warehouse solutions
  • Experience performing in an Agile SCRUM, self-managed team environment
